1. Booking confirmation and reservation on advance payment only
2. Per day 300kms Min, Same charged for Outstation travel.
3. Day Bata or Allowance is compulsary, Night Bata (after 10pm or prior 6am is additional) – No charges for Night halts
4. State tax or permit charges are at actuals payable for crossing state borders like Tamil nadu, Kerala, Andra, Goa or any neighbouring states - Govt sealed bill provided.
5. Toll, Parking, State Tax, Night bata is excluded in fare and payable at actuals against respective bills.
6. Traveller hired for 4 days comes with 1200km limit can be used for 1 day or all 4 days. Total 1200km limit for all 4 days not specific day.
7. We do have multiple garage locations in Rajajinagar, Vidyaranyapura, JP nagar – Main admin office at Kalyanagar only

A: Advance paid towards booking is completely non refundable if informed 24 hours prior to your show. Any discripancies should be cleared mutually. However Vayuputhra Travels will abide by all travel rules which others do in similar industry.
